You essentially use two - 1 yards of fabric and have the option to include pockets! The crisscross feature means it doesn' thave any ties or strings making it look more professional and feels great when you're wearing it. The pattern includes options for sizes. You won't want to miss this fun class! This would make a great gift possibility!
Wednesday, October 22 (10 am – 2 pm) Cost per attendee: $30 Instructor: Sammie Please contact the store at (785) 842-1101 with questions or to sign up. Sammie's Clam Up bag class is back! The byAnnie Clam Up bag is perfect for notions, cosmetics, wonder clips, a small Easter "basket", or even a May Day bag! In class, you will make the large size Clam Up bag, which is 4 7/8" H x 6 1/2" W x 4 5/8" D. Sammie has a fun trick/tip for putting on the zipper with a bias binding. She not only finds this technique easier, but it also gives the bag a pretty aesthetic. If you aren't a "bag person" or haven't worked with a zipper before, don't let that stop you from taking this class! This is a great class for learning how to tackle a zipper and feel confident! Sammie is an exceptional teacher! The pattern includes several other sizes. So, once you learn the technique in class, you can use that to construct any of the other sizes included in the pattern.

Felicity offers the chance to maximize your WOW factor with a few fat quarters and background material. The pattern is designed by Gudrun Erla so is perfect for the Stripology ruler! This is a great class if you are a Stripology ruler beginner as you will learn lots about the ruler. However, if you are a Stripolgoy guru, it will still make for a fun sew! You will learn how to cut WOF strips, subcut strips, and square up blocks using your Stripology ruler all in one class! The class will start with cutting in the morning and sewing in the afternoon.
