This is the perfect opportunity to take your sewing skills to the next level. During this class, you will learn (or brush up on) some of your basic skills such as working with rulers, rotary cutting, strip piecing, and precise stitching. The simple nine-patch block is a great block to learn the basics. And then, with a little creative cutting, the simple nine-patch block can look so different! It is a fun, versatile block. This class is perfect for the beginner or someone who wants to learn tips on being more precise.

The Side Hustle class is back again by popular demand! The Side Hustle bag is perfect for the on the go, hands-free lifestyle. There are three zippered compartments - great for organizing your keys, phone, personal items, passport, and more! It can be worn as a crossbody, on your back, or around your waist. The pattern offers two sizes. Don't be intimidated by the zippers! Sammie is a fabulous instructor and will walk you through the process.

This is our first two day sewing day! Come out and pamper yourself with a little sewing! We will have multiple tables set up throughout the store for a fun, relaxing environment of sewing! You can leave your sewing machine and project set up here at the store over night. We will provide a light dinner on Friday and Saturday.

Have you been intrigued with Laura Heine collaging? Come join Becky, a certified Laura Heine instructor, and make either of these Laura Heine sunflower collages.

Collaging is a fun, artistic process! You can personalize it with fabric choice and added fabric motifs. And added bonus - you don't need a sewing machine!

The class is broken into three sessions. The first session is an optional class where Becky will discuss and help with fabric selection and fabric preparation. During the second and third sessions, you will be collaging.

Age: 9 years and older We are excited for our Kid's Pillowcase class this summer! It is geared toward kids nine years and older. This will be a great opportunity to learn a new skill over the summer while also getting more familiar with a sewing machine. You must bring your own sewing machine for this class. We have pillowcase kits available for purchase here at the store.

Grab a 10" scrap of fabric and join us for a fun afternoon! During this two hour class, you will learn how to make the gadget cushion. This is perfect for holding a phone, pattern, tablet, etc. It can also be used as a pincushion. As these are fast and fun to make, you might have just found your next gift giving handmade item!
