We would love for you to join us on one of our upcoming retreats! The retreats are held at Lake Doniphan, which is in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Lake Doniphan is a wonderful and relaxing facility nestled on 300 acres on the eastern edge of historic Excelsior Springs.

Included in each retreat are lodging, meals, snacks, and beverages. Check-in will be at 5 p.m. on Thursday or Friday (depending on if you choose the two night or three night retreat) and check-out will be at noon on Sunday.

We have booked two mini lodges which are right next to each other. In each lodge, there are 8 bedrooms with 4 bunk beds in each. However, we only book the top bunk and so there will be 4 people max per room. In each of the 8 rooms, there are 3 sinks, 2 showers, and one toilet. In the middle of the 8 rooms, there is a gathering room. The two gathering rooms will be used for sewing. In addition to the lodge, we booked a conference room which is very close to our lodges. There will also be sewing held inside the conference room.

The weekend is unstructured with the exception of the meals. We hope this allows for lots of sewing and relaxing. Again, let us know if you have any questions. In order to secure your spot on a retreat, we do ask for a $50 nonrefundable deposit.
